This really is FAMILY dentistry! I always feel known and cared for by Dr Tsai and all the staff. They listen and make sure you feel comfortable. They remember things you've told them at other visits. AND they do great work helping you keep your teeth healthy!

I have had my teeth cleaned and a crown done with this Dentist. He is not only excellent in his craft but you will come out feeling like Dr. Tsai is your best friend! He is super friendly and I have yet to have a nerve touched! I recommend him highly!

The staff is very friendly and personable and try to develop relationships with the clients. Dr. Tsai is very good at answering questions and explaining with a fair amount of detail. I had a couple negative experiences but they were willing to work with me. I don't doubt their ability to improve and change. My experience was that I had two teeth chip. I had a filling and neither the dentist nor the hygienist checked for overspill. When the extra material came loose it chipped and hurt my tooth above it. I felt they were not very thorough, nor did they pay close attention to details that had irreversible consequences. The other tooth chipped after the last tray of my Invisalign came off. My teeth had not shifted as we were wanting them to, my teeth had moved in a way that my bite came down on two teeth only and again chipped another of my teeth. I had to move out of state right after getting the trays off, so I will have to get a new set of trays from an orthodontist in my new area. I would have done another round with Dr. Tsai had I not relocated. In hindsight, I would have gone with an orthodontist for teeth moving rather than doing it with a dentist since orthodontist specialize specifically in the moving of teeth. This was my experience but again, I don't doubt that they will learn from the problems I had and do better from here on out.

I’ve had regular cleaning and cavity work here. After a few traumatic experiences when I was younger, I never thought I’d be able to go back to the dentist. But, a friend had a tooth pulled here and then recommended the dentist because he was very kind, patient, and explained everything to him. I figured several years was long enough a wait to give it another try. The entire staff is very welcoming and kind. Unless I’m flooded out of Washington by one of these atmospheric rivers, I won’t be going to any other dentist!

The day I contacted Dr. Tsai's office they were about to closing down for the day, however after explaining my situation and three hours later he had resolved the problem. I can say with honesty I have had dentists throughout the country and in my 60 ++ years I have never found, not only a Dentist, but a person with so much compassion for his patients. I also would like to add that his office family staff are the Best of the Best ! . The minute you walk in there you will feel your in the right place. I have never written a review before, but I felt folks out there need to know what a wonderful group of people they are and the new friends they are going to meet. You really owe it to yourself to visit with my " Gentle Giant" ( He's rather tall )

The staff and Dr. Tsai are so warm and professional. I just had a crown replacement from a really old one and the process was quick and perfect. Dr. Tsai also does an excellent job explaining options and details along the way. I always appreciate professionals taking time to do that. If you are looking for a new dentist don’t hesitate to give them a call.

I took my one-year-old son here for his first dental check-up and highly recommend it. Staff was friendly and helpful, the office was clean and welcoming, and Dr. Tsai made sure to make my son feel comfortable (he seems great with kids!) and to explain to me how to best take care of his new teeth. It was easy to make an appointment and the location is very convenient with plenty of parking.

Dr. McDonald has been our family dentist for over 25 years. He has always provided us with kind, thorough, knowledgeable and professional care. As their office name suggests, they have done everything we've needed in dental care: routine check-ups, cleanings, cavity fillings, wisdom teeth pulls, root canals, bridges, and inplants, etc. After big procedures, Dr. McDonald will to check-in to make sure we are doing well, which we really appreciate. We recently met with Dr. Tsai as well. He is knowledgeable and kind; and a great addition to the team. He was able to make room for my son for an emergency appointment to repair a cracked tooth and filling. My son was very grateful. The office and billing staff are incredibly friendly and organized. Their work is always accurate and timely. We highly recommend this office for all your dental needs!

Dr McDonald’s office is defiantly the office you want to go to for all your dental needs. I became a patient when I was in so much pain due to a throbbing tooth, Stephen (or Steve, he likes to be called) the hygienist was able to squeeze me into their schedule. Turned out I had to get a root canal, and then a crown. I was having difficulties with my insurance at the time, and Mary the billing specialist manager was great at being accommodating with me going back and forth regarding coverage. She also helped me in understanding my benefits, and let me know what my out of pocket payment would be. About 8 months or so later, I had another tooth throbbing issue and had to have a root canal done. Again, they were able to get me in ASAP. The staff is super friendly, Dr McDonald is awesome and cares about his patients. If you are looking for a great, friendly, qualified, awesome dental office. Look no more. This is the place to go!!

Absolutely love this dental office. The staff is wonderful and accomodating. My son who is on the spectrum will only go to this office. They keep things very simple for him and that's something that he needs. The hygienist are careful and take good care of you.
